By accessing or using The Natural Healing From Austria web-site, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand, and agree, without limitation, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.


Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days from the date of receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition.

Security & Payment

Natural Healing From Austria ensures the security of all protected data transmitted to and from our site through the use of a server-based encryption technology called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).
As you enter personal information (such as your password, address and phone number, or your credit card number), SSL encodes it so that it is available only to you and Natural Healing products from Austria.
This security protects you from impostors, eavesdroppers and vandals that might otherwise access your information as it travels from one computer to another.
To increase the level of security further, we have now partnered with Sagepay which is a division of 'Sage' and offers the latest technology and security available online.
When you click 'Pay by Credit/Debit Card' you will enter the Sage Secure Payment System to enter your card details.

If you have signed up to 3D Secure (Verified by Visa and Mastercard) you will be asked for your password which will then be verified by your bank. 3D Secure is a new system which is being introduced online and eventually will be available for every purchase made using Mastercard and Visa. Payment can be made with most credit and debit cards.
Payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the point at which your order is acknowledged.
Please note that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the issuer of the card. The card-holders address must match the information held by the issuing authority.
If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorise payment to Natural Healing from Austria we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of merchandise.
Please note that we retain the legal ownership of all merchandise until full payment has been made by you and received by us. Legal ownership of the merchandise will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the merchandise to you.

Privacy Statement

Natural Healing from Austria are committed to protecting your privacy. Your details are on our computer, in line with the Data Protection Act 1998, and will not be disclosed to any third party. We do not send random marketing emails to personal or business email addresses (spam) and we do not collect any information which may be considered 'sensitive personal data' under the Data Protection Act 1998.

Please also ensure that we have your full name as we remove any information from our database manually.


We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, (unlikely) if we have identified a product or pricing error or if we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment.
Please note that we reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.


You should inspect the merchandise upon receipt and check that everything as ordered is included.
You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify us upon receipt that there is a problem or you cancel the order in accordance with your cancellation right and/or you return the goods in accordance with our Returns Policy. If you fail to take such action, we are not obligated to accept any rejection by you of the merchandise at a later date.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

If you are not at home when your parcel arrives, the postman should leave written information regarding where and when you should collect your parcel. Please be aware! These slips of confirmation are usually reported as being discarded as junk mail. If you do not collect your parcel within the post office's specified timeframe (usually 7 days), the parcel will be returned to us and you will need to arrange for a new delivery. You will have to pay the postage costs incurred in re-sending the parcel.


Please remember that when we accept your submitted order for merchandise on this web-site, this will be a legally binding contract.
