Delivery & Returns

We will normally post your products within 3 working days of receipt of any order so please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.

For customers who prefer to send a cheque by post, please allow 7 working days for the cheque to clear.

Postage
Postage is through the Royal Mail and all parcels require a signature upon delivery.

UK 
A standard fee of £3.97 covers postage and packing within the UK. Free delivery will be offered on all orders over £50.

Europe
For deliveries to Europe up to 300gm (one jar) a fee of 4.97 GBP (UK Sterling) covers postage and packing, for additional postage to Europe please enquire by email or call us.

Rest of the World
For deliveries to the rest of the world up to 300gm (one jar) a fee of 5.97 GBP (UK Sterling) covers post and packaging, for additional postage to the Rest of the World please send an email or call us with what you would like to order and where is it to be delivered to.

Postage charges may be altered at our discretion so please ensure that you understand the postage charges before finalising your order and ensure you select the correct postal charge from the choice available.

Return and Refund Policy - 100% Money Back Guarantee

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within seven days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened, unused and undamaged condition and that the seal itself is not broken or punctured. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund. 

Should you wish to cancel your order and return any goods, please notify us within a period of seven working days beginning with the day following the day of delivery to you, by emailing us at the “contact us” link on this web-site or by calling us on the main number given on the web-site and we will provide you with a returns arrangement

Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to offer refunds or returns on any purchases of where the seal is broken. For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges on any of the creams and solutions.

On receipt of the returned goods we will give you a refund of the amount paid for the goods. Refunds will be made against the original form. Please note that the return and postage costs will not be reimbursed. And return postage to us is at your cost.

Cancellation Rights
Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days from the date of receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Payment
Payment can be made with most types of credit and dedit cards on this web-site.
Payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the point at which your order is acknowledged. 
Please note that all credit / debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the issuer of the card. 
The card-holders address must match the information held by the issuing authority

We can only take card payments on the web-site, so if you prefer to pay by mail order this must be by cheque or postal order. 
If you call us to place an order and you want to pay by card, we can only enter your card details for you into our server. 
If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorise payment to us we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of merchandise. 

Please note that we retain the legal ownership of all merchandise until full payment has been made by you and received by us.
Legal ownership of the merchandise will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the merchandise to you.
